The Praefectus Castrorum has the ability to "excommunicate" or remove people from [EIL].

Rules of Conduct:

1: To excommunicate a high ranking official you must seek permission of the Imperator.
2: People who are disloyal, being extremly rude, or have joined [EIL] without recruitment are to be removed at once.
3: The Praefectus Castrorum may only answer to the Imperator and nobody esle. The Praefectus Castrorum also may not use his/her ability to threaten or blackmail people.
4: If the Praefectus Castrorum is found guilty of abusing his abilities by the Imperator or clan majority vote, he will be demoted and allowed to never recieve the title of Praefectus Castrorum again. In worst cases, he/she can be removed from clan.
5: If the Praefectus Castrorum no longer wishes to hold his title, he can become a Tribunus Latielavius, Tribuni Angusticlavii, or a Primus Pilus. The Praefectus Castrorum serves a term of 4 months. He can be elected to that title as many times as wanted by a clan majority vote.
6: By accepting these terms, he/she takes on the responsibility as the Praefectus Castrorum.
